Wii Fit The Main Features of Nintendo Wii

Nintendo Wii Fit is a console video game after the Microsoft Xbox360 that hit the market with a unique concept behind its working. It is equipped with a Balance board which the player can use to balance his/her feet while playing the cool games. The games are exercise-based with a breakdown of: aerobic exercises, yoga exercises, and balancing exercises. Each exercise category comes with a range of numerous games to choose from as you work out on the Balance Board.

The overall design of the Wii Fit Bundles has a tasteful look and is incredibly strong enough to hold a user's maximum weight of about 150 kilograms (330 pounds). The Balance Board is suitably wireless, eliminating the bother of tangled cables as you get in tone. Moreover, there are four rubber base feet that provide for friction when used on smooth surfaces thereby preventing slipping. If the Balance Board is placed on a carpet or a thick floor rug the additional quadruplet of rubber base feet can be used to adjust the height accordingly.

Four AA batteries, which are included with the package are used to work the Balance Board. Inside the Balance Board are internal balancing scales that are highly sensitive in detecting changes and shifts in the user's weight and pressure. Gladly so, the Nintendo Wii Fit is actually very interactive and makes crucial decisions and verdicts concerning its user's overall wellbeing. The users are requested to register their height and date of birth.

Once taken, the user is prompted to step on the peripheral Balance Board which takes their weight. An animated cartoon character which appears on the screen show the user what exactly is needed to be done in order to gather the said data. Judging by the Body Mass Index score you could be tagged as "ideal", meaning your are completely balanced or as "Underweight" or "Overweight".

If your kids spend most of their times sitting around on couches and staring at screens now you need not worry about their laziness thanks to Nintendo Wii Fit. Clearly, you're far from kidnapping them from the gaming world...you're better off ensuring that while they're in it, they stay healthy and fit!
